1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 24-72 business hours via USPS and you should receive your order within 6-10 business days, once shipped. An exception to this timeline are orders from "Personalized Collection". These can take up to 15-20 business days due to the time required for personalization.

If it has been over 20 business days and you still have not received your order, please contact us at support@dazzledjewels.com so we can find out the whereabouts of your order.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only offer domestic shipping (within US only).

3. Does your jewelry tarnish?

All costume jewelry will eventually tarnish over time. However, at Dazzled Jewels, our products our either made of sterling silver or plated with double the US standard to ensure exquisite quality and lengthy lifespan.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. 

5. What types of stones do you use?
We use the highest quality of cubic zirconias, semi precious stones, and glass beads in our products.

6. What happens if I don't receive my item within the listed time frame?

We apologize in advance if this has happened. Please contact us ASAP if it has been over 20 days and you have not received your item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We can be reached at support@dazzledjewels.com
